🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Zaft Watches

🧾 Overview

At Zaft Watches, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer cash refunds, we do provide flexible options for exchanges and repairs—provided the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the product.


📦 Return Eligibility

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery

  • Clearly explain the issue with the product (e.g., defect, damage, wrong item)

  • Provide photos or videos as proof, if requested

We will assess the reason and determine if the return is valid. If approved, the product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging.


💸 Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Instead, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Exchange: Select another watch of equal value

  • Upgrade: Choose a higher-priced watch by paying the difference

  • Repair: If the issue is minor and fixable, we’ll repair the watch at no extra cost


🕒 Time Frame

All return, exchange, or repair requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. We’ll share the return address and instructions

  2. You’ll need to ship the watch back to us (shipping cost may apply)

  3. After inspection, we’ll proceed with exchange or repair as agreed


❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Damage caused by mishandling, water exposure, or wear and tear

  • Requests made after the 3-day window
